 Great Wigs is a trading name of Party Domain Limited.

Great Wigs was established in 2002 as an online supplier of Party Wigs. It has built a good reputation as a online Party Wigs retailer with very competitive prices and great customer service.

Party Domain Limited has been a successful online retailer since 1999 and ships 1000s of orders everyday to our customers. Let us make your order one of them.

All products are carried in stock at our 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Gainsborough. The stock figures shown on the site are continously updated and changes reflected on the website within 5 minutes.  You can order with confidence.

Our 50 members of staff are experienced and well trained to ensure a reliable and accurate fulfillment of your order. If you order before 3.30 pm we will ship your order the same day. If you select the appropriate delivery service you will get Next Working Day Delivery.

We do not seek to make a profit on our delivery charges, unlike many other websites, and we believe our delivery rates are the most competitve and start at just 99p

PAYMENT
Payment can be made in several ways:

* Online Credit or Debit card
* Telephone Credit Card or Debit Card
* Cheque*or PostalOrders

* Please note: Cheques take 5 working days to clear and orders cannot be sent out until clearance has been obtained.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where the goods can be received. If you cannot be at your address to accept your delivery, get it delivered to your workplace or a neighbour.

CLAIMS FOR NON DELIVERY

Should you request for any goods to be left unattended or with a neighbour, please ensure that the area is secure and easily accesible for the delivery driver. Please note we cannot be held responsible should the goods go missing or be damaged.

All claims for non delivery or shortages must be made within 10 days of placing your order after this period we cannot be held responsible.

We (the above companies) cannot be responsible for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such action is caused by Strikes, Riots, War or any labour problems or our suppliers failing to deliver to us or to you on our behalf or any circumstances that we have no control over.

If for any reason, we are out of stock of a certain item or items – Party Domain Limited reserves the right to replace them with an item of similar style, colour and theme at the same price or of greater value. We will, of course choose the most appropriate item as a substitute.

PRICING ERRORS
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you prior to dispatch and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling.

FAULTY GOODS

Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to cancel an order up to 7 days after the goods have been received and to receive a refund within 30 days - Please see our Returns Policy for further Information.

Purchase Of Goods

Please note, that all goods sold and purchased via Party Domain Limited are done so, strictly under UK law. The title of goods remains strictly owned by Party Domain Limited until such time that goods have been fully paid for by the purchaser.

Price

Our prices are inclusive and they are only subject to the addition of post & packing charges - where applicable. Prices are said be correct at the point of publication - but will be subject to future changes or if necessary amendments. We aim to fulfil order requests received the point of price publication if we have stock of that product. Any changes to prices will be published at the point where they are effect from.

Payment Methods

All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. You can also make payment by sending either a cheque, made payable to Party Domain, or by sending a postal order to cover the amount due. Overseas customers can also make payment via ‘International Money Order’. Please note that we will only debit your card for the amount payable for the goods dispatched to you. Payment is cleared on your card when goods are put into transit process.

Stock Availability

On an occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order request due to lack of available stock, mainly as a result of high demands, it is our company policy to try and source you an alternative product. Should we be in a position where this is necessary we will normally notify you first - before any product is dispatched or payment made, to gain agreement that this is an acceptable option to you. If you do not want an alternative sending then your order is cancelled without any charge or further obligation. Should we be unable to contact you prior to dispatch of an alternative product – you will be given the option to return the item, if it is found to be an unsuitable option, for either replacement or full refund inclusive of return postage charges, using standard postal services.

Please Note: This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
