Ordering
Ordering at Party Domain is simple - click on the
order button located next to the product. You will be taken in to view
your shopping basket/cart. This section lists all the details of the
products you have selected so far.
To
add more items
to your basket simply
click on the 'Continue Shopping' button located at the bottom of the
screen you are currently viewing. This will take you directly back to
the store at the same page on which you ordered the last product. Now
you can add additional items to your basket as described above.
Taking an item out of my basket ? - At any time if you change your mind, you can take an item out of your
basket - simply change the quantity value to zero and click on the
'Recalculate' button to the left of the total value. This will then take
the item selected out of your basket and recalculate you total.
Delivery to a different address to card
holder ? - We can arrange delivery to any
address as long as you provide us with the full details, including
postal code for both the 'Shipping Address' and the 'Card Holders'
address. To have your order shipped to a different address at the bottom
of your basket/cart screen there is a section called 'Use Separate
Shipping Address' simply click on this so that the 'tick' appears in the
box.
How do I pay &
Checkout ? - When
you are happy that you have selected all the items you wish to order -
you should select your payment type from the drop-down menu near the
bottom of this page. Once you have correctly selected this - then click
on the 'Checkout' button at the bottom right of the page. This will then
take you into our 'Fully Secure' environment to enter your personal
details and complete your order request.
You will now be taken into
the order details screen on which you should complete all sections
fully. It is essential that you complete your billing and delivery
address (if applicable) fully with complete postal code and if needed
company address or department for delivery.
Remember - to fully complete your payment details with card type (i.e. Switch,
Delta, Visa etc.) Also the expiry date and issue number and it is always
a good idea to check the details before you submit your order
request.
Special Instructions - We have added a section to the order form which allows you the opportunity
of inputting any details you feel are relevant to your order request or
delivery. Simply type the details you want us to be aware of in this
section and this will be picked-up at the point whereby your order
request is received.
Submitting Your Order - Once you are happy with all the details of your order request simply
click on the 'Submit This Order' button located at the bottom of this
screen. Your request will then be securely transferred to us for
handling.
Check Out Option
- You can Check Out any where on any page in our store - either do this
as above when in the order request screen - or from the other pages you
can simply click on the 'Basket Icon' at the top of every page at the
far right-hand side of the page header. This will take you directly into
the checkout screen.
When you have fully
completed all sections you will be shown your ‘Smart Receipt’ to
confirm your order has been processed - this also has your reference
number on it should you wish to follow-up, discuss or amend any details
with us. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order
request - so it is important that you put your email details correctly
down when filling out this section.

Question - When I order I want to know that
my details are secure - is your store secure as I want to feel safe?
Answer – YES - we are a fully secure site delivering fully secure
ordering facility - not to be too technical about it, our site is 128
bit encryption - offering one of the highest levels of security
available.
Question -
We really want to order on-line but we are not happy about you taking
your payment before you send us our goods?
Answer – Some other
companies may take your payment at the point of order request - i.e. as
soon as you submit your order your payment is taken pretty much straight
away. However, our company policy is to only take your payment at the
point whereby your order request is processed into our dispatch process,
thus becoming an actual order with our company - we do not take card
transaction as standard at the point when your request is made - we
agree with you, we think it would be unfair to take your payment before
we process your order for despatch to you.
Question -
I have placed and order on your store and I'm not sure if you've got it
or not?
Answer – when you order with Party Domain you should always received an
email confirmation of your order request - that is as long as you input
your email address correctly against your order. This is called a 'Smart
Receipt' - this will give you details of what you have requested and
values along with your personal information. More importantly it will
give you your reference number - you should retain this number for
future reference, if
required. If you have not received this then you may not have fully
submitted your order request to us correctly - if you are in doubt - email us and
we will check to establish if your request has been successfully
received and let you know your order reference number..

Question -
I wasn't sure if you had got my order or not so I have ordered again -
have you got two orders for me, cos I only want one?
Answer – Should you in error submit your order request to us twice,
simultaneously, this will generally be identified before your request
is processed into our system. Should we identify two orders for you, for
the same items we will always contact you either by email or phone to
clarify the details with you and one order request will subsequently be
cancelled.
Question
- I have sent you my order details and just noticed that I have put my
postcode down wrong - will my order still arrive or what should I do?
Answer – It is important that we have all your delivery details
are correct
especially your postal code, to avoid problems with either delivery or
order processing - but don't worry - simply email us and let us know the
correct details and we will amend these against your order for you.

Question -
The prices of your costumes look really good - are the prices to hirer
or to buy?
Answer - All products available on-line are for purchase opposed to hire
- therefore, the price shown is the purchase price of the goods.
Question -
I recently bought from a shop on the web and didn't realise VAT was
separate - so the price was more than I thought - I think this was out
of order. Do you charge VAT as well?
Answer - All our prices are shown fully inclusive - there is no
additional charge for VAT, Although, most of our products are subject to
VAT this is already accounted for within the price shown, at the current
rate. We agree with you hidden charges are not acceptable.
Question -
We are going to place an order with you for our company event and we can
claim back the VAT - can you supply us with a VAT invoice?
Answer - Yes, no problem at all. Should you wish us to send you a VAT
invoice, let us know and we will arrange this for you. As standard all
our invoices are dispatched with VAT fully inclusive this is not
broken down to reflect these elements separately.

I love your things and would like to come to your store - is this
possible ?
Answer – We are an e-commerce based company and very proud to be
so, as such we do not operate from retail outlet. Being a
dedicated e-commerce retailer allows us to delivery you the most
attractive prices so you do not have to pay more to cover our costs and
overheads - as
we are highly skilled in e-commerce we also delivery piece of mind that

confused with the answer it says you are not a stop but e-commerce, but you have
details on your information page about a showroom?

'Showroom' which was open to all our customers in 2003.
However this is as reflected a 'Showroom' this is not a shop or store -
the showroom is available to view a selection of items within our
