About Us

The original company was established in 1985 and traded under the registered name of - Shipley Fancy Dress by two of our four original proprietors. Later we established our successful Internet site with the currently recognized trading name 'Party Domain'. Great Wigs is one our our dedicated web sites - offering a vast range of products in a dedicated or specific range - such as wigs. One of the other proprietors has over 18 years experience within the computer industry and is a fully certified professional within this field. Another of the  proprietor’s background has been within Customer Relation and credit environments. As a result of our joint wealth of knowledge we feel we are positioned to be able to offer you the best level of understanding, commitment service and care available within our field. In 2002 we developed our  first 'Showroom' - which is open to all our customers for either collection of goods or assessment of some of our product range - if you want to visit our Showroom then let us know.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

For purposes of delivery of goods - via third-party company, it is necessary for us to identify the full delivery name and address you have given against your order. This information is outlined for purposes of delivery of your order only.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Delivery

UK Standard Delivery will normally be 1 to 2 working days - after confirmed receipt of your order. We would advise all our customers to allow a up to 10 working days for receipt of goods - after order confirmation - to avoid disappointment.

Special Delivery will normally be next working day after order confirmation. This method offers a faster delivery time-span.

Overseas Delivery normally 10 to 20 working days - it is essential that you allow this period of time for receipt of your goods. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is therefore, essential that your email address is input correctly at point of order.

NB: Should we be unable to meet our agreed delivery date - we will contact you 24 hours before to agree an alternative. Should this be unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order without any charge or further obligation.

 

Delivery Methods

Our normal delivery method will be via Post Office Services ’first-class'. Proof of delivery is always gained - so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position to follow-up and resolve this. In the case of larger parcels the method used is 'parcel-force’. Again, coverage is in place to ensure that we are positioned to follow-up and resolve any delays or problems. We also offer ‘Recorded’ and ‘Special’ delivery services in both cases signature is gained on receipt of your order and a parcel tracking number is obtained should this be required.

 

Purchase Of Goods

Please note, that all goods sold and purchased via Party Domain Limited are done so, strictly under UK law. The title of goods remains strictly owned by Party Domain Limited until such time that goods have been fully paid for by the purchaser.

 

Price

Our prices are inclusive and they are only subject to the addition of post & packing charges - where applicable. Prices are said be correct at the point of publication - but will be subject to future changes or if necessary amendments. We aim to fulfil order requests received the point of price publication if we have stock of that product. Any changes to prices will be published at the point where they are effect from.

 

Payment Methods

All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using Credit or Debit Cards - via our Secure Site. You can also make payment by sending either a cheque, made payable to Party Domain, or by sending a postal order to cover the amount due. Overseas customers can also make payment via ‘International Money Order’. Please note that we will only debit your card for the amount payable for the goods dispatched to you. Payment is cleared on your card when goods are put into transit process.

 

Stock Availability

On an occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order request due to lack of available stock, mainly as a result of high demands, it is our company policy to try and source you an alternative product. Should we be in a position where this is necessary we will normally notify you first - before any product is dispatched or payment made, to gain agreement that this is an acceptable option to you. If you do not want an alternative sending then your order is cancelled without any charge or further obligation. Should we be unable to contact you prior to dispatch of an alternative product – you will be given the option to return the item, if it is found to be an unsuitable option, for either replacement or full refund inclusive of return postage charges, using standard postal services.

 

Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy

We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request & contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask us for more information, before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details. Should you wish to cancel your order or receive a product and find that you have cause to return - you should contact us within seven (7) working days after receipt, to identify this to us. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by Email, Fax or in writing. It is not necessary for you to furnish us with a reason for your return - although, this is in may cases helpful information for future customers and product development. You will then be issued with an authorised returns number which should be used when returning your product.

Any item returned must be received back in an unworn / un-used state complete with ALL the original packaging and tags as appropriate - these tags should NOT have been removed from the product. We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. Postage Costs - if an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you & any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you. Email us at:

Please Note:- Party Domain Ltd. reserves all rights to supply goods - order requests can and will be cancelled should we choose not to fulfil your initial order request. Should this occur you will normally be notified at the point whereby your request to order is cancelled - this is normally via email confirmation.

 

Faulty Goods

Faulty or damaged goods - All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. However, damage can sometimes occur in transit although, every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package, which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us to within 14 days advise of this. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund. During packing your parcel is also checked to ensure that the correct number of items are enclosed and this is cross checked with your invoice on which the products enclosed are normally marked-off, thereby, avoiding any undue disappoint to you when your goods are received. . Complaints Policy

Should you have any cause for complaint we want to know about it. We pride ourselves on dealing with and acting on ALL complaints or feedback  what you say and your views count and matter to us. Every Complaint is dealt with fairly and effectively in the strictest confidence. Our company endeavours to respond to all complaints within five working days.
